I am a Moron
I got all my passport documents in order. Application filled out precisely. Old passport and marriage certificate all set. FedEx'ed it all out so nothing would get lost in the mail. Forgot to enclose a check for the fees! I had to call FedEx and get them to stop shipment and return to me so I can start over again. I am such a moron.
